The 2027 Kia K5 drops its EX trim and becomes a three-model lineup.
What changed for 2027
- The EX is dropped, leaving the LXS, GT-Line and GT.
- A new GT-Line convenience package bundles ventilated front seats, a driver’s memory seat and power-folding outside mirrors.
- The 290-horsepower GT keeps its 2.5-liter turbo four and front-wheel drive, and the GT-Line’s $1,600 all-wheel-drive option is now the only all-weather choice.
- Every K5 has 17 standard collision-avoidance and driver-assistance features.
